Are there any age restrictions when ordering online?
We require all customers to be 18 or over when placing an order online. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your government issued photo ID will be required when receiving the package at the time of delivery. Orders that are returned by Canada Post due to failed age verification will not be refunded.
 
What payment methods can I use for online orders?
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and E-Transfer.  
 
How does local delivery work? 
We are proud to offer same day local delivery in Calgary. We deliver orders 24 hours 7 days a week. Local delivery is $10 for orders under $60 before taxes. Orders of $60 or more get free delivery. If EMT is your payment option, drivers are not dispatched until EMT is sent and confirmed. Government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery to ensure you are 18 years of age or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
 
What is the standard order fulfillment time for shipping orders?
Generally, your order will be fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that if you order on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or during a stat holiday, there may be a slightly longer delay.
 
Where will my order ship from?
All orders will be shipped from our store in Calgary, Alberta.
 
How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
 
How is the shipping cost calculated?
We have $20 flat rate shipping available within Canada only.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, due to strict regulations, we can only ship within Canada. 
 
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Canada Post for all shipping.
 
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we cannot accept orders or payments over the phone. You are welcome to contact us with questions via phone (403-452-0507), e-mail (info@vapeyyc.com), but we cannot complete the order over the phone.
 
I made a mistake on my order, how can I fix this?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us through E-mail (info@vapeyyc.com), phone (403-452-0507).
 
What is your return policy?

All electronics, e-cigarettes and herbal vaporizers have a 14 day manufacturer defect warranty. The 14 days will start the day your package is delivered. To return a product, you must have the box and all original contents included, as well as your receipt. You must send us a photo or video of the defect, as best you can, to our e-mail (info@vapeyyc.com), or in store.

You will be responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us. You will not be charged shipping when we send you the replacement product. The replacement product will be shipped back to you once we receive your original defective product.

Please note, this is a manufacturer defect warranty only - NOT a general return policy if you decide to change your mind with the product you’ve purchased.

Any Disposable vaping products must be tested before leaving the store, if the device is defective we will replace it. There will be no replacements after the disposable device has left the store.

My order arrived and it was physically damaged. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this! Please contact us immediately via E-mail (info@vapeyyc.com)  if this happens, and we will rectify it. Please send us a photo of the damaged product (broken tank, leaking e-liquid, etc.), and your order number, when you contact us.
